Learning Styles Activity Blog # 3

For my learning style activity I decided to use my learning style strengths witch were in tactile learning and visual. Since I an a hands on learner I decided to use an activity that could be implemented for children that need to physically do and see what they are instructed to do. I chose to use shaving cream on a desk or table and have the kids use their finger to draw the letters in their names. I think this activity is good for teaching children the letters of the alphabet and helping them learn how to draw the letters, plus it is fun and I believe it is a fun activity to keep the students engaged.
The pictures below show the letters that are drawn on paper and how the shaving cream can be used to help the children draw letters with their fingers.

  1. I like the creativity behind this. What kid wouldn't want to play with something messy? :) It makes learning a game!
